2. Beat half the sugar, egg yolks and oil for 5 mins.
3. Add orange juice and vanilla extract.
4. Beat egg white, half the sugar amd cream of tatar till stiff.
5. Mix the sifted flour and baking powder into the egg yolk mixture.
6. Fold in egg white, do not overmix.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins.
Make sure the egg white is not tainted by any egg yolk to achieve the perfect peaks
