First slice some mushrooms or rip them in to chunks, put two Angus beef burgers into a frying pan lightly coated with oil. Cut the burgers into cubes and heat on medium power till lightly cooked on both sides.
Add the mushrooms to the pan and empty two tablespoons of Philadelphia, stir all the contents of the pan together making sure the cream cheese fully covers the mushrooms and burger segments.
once stired well and cooked to your liking add 2 tablespoons of grated mild Cheddar and stir and finally add a tablespoon of Soy sauce stiring so you get a nice brown creamy sauce.
Before removing from the pan add a sprinkle of Paprika and finally spread over half of a Baguette and enjoy.
