One of my parents best friends recipe. Probably the only Mexican person I new growing up.
Preheat cast iron skillet in 425 degree oven. Mix flour, milk, and eggs well. Melt 1/4 T of butter in cast iron. Pour in batter and return to oven. ‘Cook till brown.’
