Suggest a better description1. Coat a 12 inch skillet in cooking spray and place over medium heat. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with the garlic-pepper blend and place in skillet.
2. Cook for about 3 – 5 minutes, flip, and cook another 3 – 5 minutes, until brown.
3. In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients (depending on the artichoke hearts you get, they may need to be cut in half). Spoon the mixture over the chicken and continue to sauté, about 10 minutes longer or until the chicken is cooked through.
