Australian typical crunchy Anzac biscuits
- Preheat oven to 150 degrees Centigrade (302 degrees Fahrenheit or Gas Mark or 10 to 20 degrees less on fan forced oven)
- Mix the Rolled oats, flour, coconut and brown sugar
- is a separate mixing bowl, mix water and baking powder (be careful it will froth)
- Add the baking powder mixture to the melted butter
- Pour liquid into dry ingredients and mix well
- Form into small balls. Each biscuit, before cooking, should weigh just under 25g (23g each).
- Place on greased trays and bake for 20 minutes or until brown
- Remove form oven, allow to cool on trays
- Store in an air tight container
