This sounds like it would be gross, but it is soooo good! It's almost like a dessert.
Cream margarine and sugar. Break cheese into chunks and add to sugar mixture. Add flour. Beat well.
In buttered casserole dish, place sliced apples. Pour cheese mixture over apples, spread to cover.
Bake at 350 for 30-45 min. or until brown and bubbly on top.
