Suggest a better description1. Add celery and onions to stick of butter. Use salt and pepper. Add chicken stock, bay leaf and turkey neck. Bring to boil and simmer for a least an hour.
2. Put bags of stuffing in large bowl, add walnut, cranberries and apples. Let broth cook down. Strain celery and onion, reserving broth. Add celery and onions to stuffing mixture.
3. Slowly add broth, mix into stuffing until wet but not soaked. Mix well (I use my hands). You may not have to use all of the broth.
4. If you stuff your bird, use a handful at a time and a small piece of butter.
5. Add remaining mixture to baking dish with dabs of butter. Bake until crispy on top, about 30-45 minutes before turkey is done.
