Peel and core and quarter 6 Apples.
place in oven proof casserole dish with Blueberries and Raspberries.
Stir ingredients and sprinkle on sugar.
In a separate bowl, mix oats, coconut, broken up granola bar or flapjack and golden syrup.
Place on top of the fruit and pop in the oven for 45 mins - 1 hour :)
