Suggest a better descriptionNotes: Peka Joe Daniels, Lansford, The Times, PA Mix together with fork all ingredients, except apricot preserves. Press 3/4 of the batter in the bottom of a 9x13" pan. Spread apricot preserves on top. Spread rest of batter over apricot preserves with fork, letting some of the apricot show through. Bake at 350? for 25-30 minutes until a light golden brown.
