Suggest a better description1 Whisk together soy sauce, vegetable oil, garlic, ginger, red pepper, salt, pepper and the apricot jam to make the glaze.
2. Pour evenly over the chicken.
3. Grill chicken approximately 6 minutes on each side, basting with leftover marinade until chicken pieces reach an internal temperature of 170.
I normally marinade chicken for 1-2 hours prior to grilling.
