Suggest a better description1. Mezcle el tomate, el aguacate, el cilantro, el limón, la sal y la pimienta en un recipiente.
2. Prepare el pollo en un sartén muy caliente con un poquito de aceite hasta que esté dorado por los dos lados.
3. Caliente la arepa mientras prepara el pollo.
4. Cuando la arepa esté lista, ponga la mezcla de tomate y aguacate encima, cubriéndola totalmente. Luego ponga una capa de pollo y termine cubriendo todo con el queso.
5. Lleve la arepa al horno por 5 minutos al horno a 350 F, o hasta que el queso se derrita.
6. Sirva caliente.
