2. En un molde ya sea con tapa o un refractario para horno, colocar la taza de arroz con 3 tazas de agua, la mantequilla y la sal
3. Tapar con papel aluminio
4. Colocar el arroz en el horno caliente y dejarlo hornear entre 30 minutos y 1 hora; irlo revisando, hasta que esté cocido
5. Con un tenedor, ya cocido el arroz moverlo con cuidado para separar el arroz
6. Servir caliente
