rice and chicken
1. cook chciken with salt ,chopped onion and ppepper. pressure cook about 15 minutes
2. remove the chicken and put it on the side and shread. use the water from the pressure cooker to cook the rice.
3. 2 cups of rice and to cup of that water
4. The shreaded chciken put into the pot with all the seasonings and oil. with mayo stir then put in a baking dish
5.bake chicken and rice in oven for 40 minutes untill you can pierce the casserole and comes out clean
