I made this one time for Ashlyn's birthday and she loved it so much, it became a tradition for her birthday, until she moved away!?!
** This recipe makes a 9" x 13" pan. Cut in half for a 9" x 9" pan **
Unwrap ice cream sandwiches and place side by side in a 9" x 13" pan. You may have to cut a few to fill in on the sides. Place in the freezer.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla and powdered sugar and mix well. Fold in the Cool Whip and Oreos into the cream cheese mixture. Spread this mixture over the ice cream sandwiches. Return to the freezer for at least 2 hours. Cut into squares and enjoy!
