Garnish with mint. Payapa-Mint Sauce: Puree all ingredients in processor until smooth. Transfer to bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Keep refrigerated.) This sauce is also nice over vanilla frozen yogurt.
