Mix all ingredients in mixer and form into meat balls. Place in baking pan.
1 can coconut milk
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp ginger, grated
1 tsp lemon juice
Whisk all ingredients over low heat until well combined. Pour over meatballs. Bake meatballs uncovered for 45-50 minutes.
