Prep:
Cut off the unusable parts of the Asparagus and quarter the mushrooms. Place them in a bag with the sesame seeds.
Cook:
Add oil to a large pan over medium-high heat. Add contents of bag. Cook until tender, about 10 minutes, adding soy sauce half way through.
