Suggest a better descriptionWith butter, flour, and milk, make a smooth gravy. Remove from heat and add egg yolks, blend. Stir in asparagus. Beat egg whites until stiff; carefully fold into mixture. Bake in a greased 2-quart baking dish (straight sided) in preheated oven 30-40 minutes at 375 degrees, or until puffed and knife inserted will come out clean. Serve at once. Makes 4 servings.
