Suggest a better descriptionDissolve jelly in boiling water and allow to cool and partially set. Then beat till creamy.
Thoroughly mix the onion, avocado, mayonaise and cayenne pepper together and season with salt and pepper.
Combine avocado mixture with jelly mixture. Beat until combined.
Wet a mould with cold water, pour in mixture and allow to set. Keep in fridge and only Turn out when ready to eat.
