Simple all in one pan recipe that tastes great.
1) Put all ingredients into large pan
2) Bring to the boil
3) Reduce the heat to simmer ( stir frequently )
4) Simmer for 1 hour or until reaches desired thickness
5) Remove cardamom pods
6) Bottle when still warm like you would a jam (into hot jars)
7) enjoy with french brie on a cracker or 7
If not thick enough remove liquid while cooking into a cup and mix in cornflour to a paste then add back into the chutney.
