Suggest a better description~Soak bread in 250ml of milk
~Fry onion until slightly brown then add curry, ginger, jam and raisons. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
~ Add mince and stir fry thoroughly.
~ Add soup powder to bread and aromat.
~ Beat in the eggs, remaining milk, mustard and salt.
~ Add half this mixture to the meat and pour into casserole dish. Pour the rest of the mixture on top.
~ Bake at 180°c for 45mins. sprinkle paprika over the top and serve.
