Place the onion, garlic, celery, mushrooms,
Carrot, spinach and oil in the bowl and chop 5 secs/ speed 7. Scrape down the sides and do a couple of seconds more if necessary.
Add all the other ingredients except the Quorn and cook for 10 mins/100 c/speed stir.
Place the internal steaming basket in the bowl and add the Quorn.
Cook for 10 mins/Varoma heat/speed stir.
Add the Quorn to the sauce and stir gently together.
