From "Cooking with 4 Ingredients"
Prepare baking sheet with sides (use non-stick or spray, or parchment paper).
Cut each slice of bacon in half. Combine dry ingredients in a shallow bowl. Dip each half slice of bacon in dry mixture, pressing down so bacon is well-coated. Place coated slice on sheet.
Bake at 325 °F for 25 minutes, turning once, until bacon is browned. Immediately remove with tongs to several layers of paper towels. Bacon will harden and can be broken in pieces.
