Cheese that tastes like heaven. It's very creamy, and when it is baked, it really hits the spot.
Whip egg and milk together to make egg wash. Roll thawed puff pastry dough to "12x12" square, using flour to avoid sticking. Using egg wash, brush a thin coat on one side of one of the sheets, and place the brie on that sheet. Next, cover the wheel with the second sheet and seal the two sheets together (try to avoid any air pockets) Cut away excess dough. Once again, make sure edges are well sealed. Decorate brie with cutouts or braids of the excess pastry dough using egg wash to affix them. Egg wash the entire top lightly. Bake in 375* preheated over for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
