Cut dough in half horizontally (for a top and bottom)
Cut the rind off the top and bottom of the cheese.
Pat dough and firmly press perforations to seal, forming 2 squares. Set aside.
Place one dough square on an un-greased cookie sheet. Place cheese on center of dough.
Spoon your jam over top of the brie.
Place the other dough square on top of cheese round/jam. Press dough evenly around cheese; fold bottom edges over top edges.
Bake for approx 20 to 24 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
