Make plain popcorn.
Place in a large bowl and set aside.
Melt butter over low heat and then stir in brown sugar, Golden Syrup and salt.
Bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Continue to boil without stirring for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla extract.
Gradually pour over popcorn, mixing well.
Turn into a 8-10 cm buttered tin.
Bake at 130 C for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, Allow to cool, break apart and enjoy!
