Suggest a better descriptionPreheat to 450. 1 quart warm water with 1/4 cup kosher salt. Soak chicken 15 minutes. Remove and rinse with cold water. Dry and brush on butter. Sprinkle with spices. Bake 15-18 minutes until 165 degrees internal temp. Remove from oven and rest 10 minutes before cutting.
Very moist!
