Suggest a better descriptionBoil the chicken until fully cooked. Shred the cooked chicken. Sautee the peppers and onion blend in oil until slightly caramelized. Add the chicken, (beans), taco seasoning, and water. Simmer until liquid is reduced. Prepare the shells by standing them up in a casserole dish. Try to fit as many as you can without breaking them. Sprinkle 1/2 the cheese into the shells. Add the meat mixture to the shells and top with the remainder of the cheese. Bake 350 for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
Make sure the liquid is completely reduced or the taco shells get too soggy.
