Suggest a better descriptionIn a large pan over medium-high heat, melt cheese in water. When cheese is melted, add all other ingredients except chip crumbs and combine. Heat through. Season with salt & pepper. Place in a large casserole dish and top with a layer of potato chip crumbs. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Remove cover and brown on top.
