Baked Parmesan Chicken
Combine: breadcrumbs, cheese, oregano, pepper and salt - set aside.
Lightly sauté garlic in 2 tablespoons butter, then stir in remaining butter. Dip chicken in garlic butter, then roll in bread crumb mix.
Place chicken in 13x9 inch pan, sprinkle with any remaining breadcrumbs and pour on remaining garlic butter. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes or until golden brown.
