Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Place a wire cooling rack inside a rimmed baking sheet.
In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Put bread crumbs in a separate bowl.
Dip chicken in mayonnaise mixture, then in bread crumbs to coat. Place on wire rack.
Bake for 20 minutes, turning chicken over about halfway through, or until the juices run clear and coating is golden brown.
