Very easy, cut in half, use your melon ball maker to scrape centre out and place on a baking tray with stalks on.
Pour a little apple juice on the bottom of the tray and fill the little scooped area with macadamia nuts.
Sprinkle with loads of brown sugar and cinnamon and bake for at least an hour, or until they become slightly caramelised.
Another lovely idea is to put a cherry (with stalk) in the little hole and bake as well. It really looks lovely. You can still sprinkle nuts all over. Served with vanilla bean ice cream delicious.
