One of my family favorites without having to fry pork chops. Delicious pork chops, baked and crispy with no oil and very little breaking!
Preheat oven to 350. Put all dry ingredients together to create "batter". Use non stick baking sheet, or non stick foil to line your pan. Lightly spray the pork chops with butter spray and then dredge in the "batter". Place each one in the pan, coated on all sides.
Place in the oven for 60 minutes, or until golden brown. We like to cook low and slow.
Just like the catfish, gets nice and crispy if you broil a few minutes, just be careful not to burn. Hope you enjoy
