Suggest a better descriptionPrepare marinade by mincing garlic and adding it to olive oil, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Place salmon in marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place fillets in aluminum foil, cover in marinade, and seal.
Place sealed salmon in glass dish and bake for 35-40 minutes, until easily flaked with fork.
