Peel and devein shrimp, dip in egg then roll in bread crumbs and place in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Sprinkle garlic and parsley over top. Pour oil over shrimp. Heat oven to 400 degrees, bake for 20 minutes or until cooked. (Do not overcook.) Posted to MM-Recipes Digest by Paula
