Lasagna like
Boil spaghetti and fry ground beef. Salt and Pepper to tast. Layer a 13x9 pan with half of the spaghetti. Top with half of the meat, half sauce, half grated cheese, oregano and American Cheese. Repeat. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
I've also made this using Italian sausage and green peppers to add a different kick. It was VERY good and probably better.
