A good recipe for the oven
Oven 400
Grease Pan
1. Combine mayo and mustard. Rub the mixture over the tilapia
2. Food processor, combine panko, breadcrumbs, paprika, parsley, pepper, onion powder and salt. Pulse 4-6 times. Pour into bow. Dip coated fillets into mix - turning to coat both sides. Bake 15-18 min
Note - original recipe calls for double of all the ingredients.
