Cook cut ziti according to package directions or for 10 minutes; Drain
In a large bowl, combine cooked ziti, 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, egg, oregano, basil, garlic powder and pepper. In 3 quart casserole pour 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce; spread Ziti mixture evenly over sauce. Top with remaining 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce; sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake, voeren at 375 - 30 or 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
