sweet fruit dessert
make sweet pastry base , DO NOT blind bake
mix butter and sugar until pre white.
add eggs and blend
add flour and almonds
and milk as needed
spread fruit jam on base of pastry.
pour frangipan on top
add fruit segments to top
and brush with egg
bake at 150 for 30 - 40 mins
glaze with icing sugar whilst hot, allow to cool.
warm through for serving.
