Vegan Veggie Burger.
Lightly warm or toast hamburger buns. Spread each side with1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise. On botton bun, place sauteed tempeh patty topped with lettuce, tomato, and onion.
-Varations-
* My favorite is topping the tempeh patty with 1 tablespoon of warmed Carmelized Onions.
* Try blackening the tempeh patties before assembling the sandwich.
* Instead of tomato and onion, use Salsa Fresca and add sliced avocado or Guacamole.
* Try Caesar's Vegan or Thousand Island Dressing instead of mayonnaise.
