Easy, homemade balsamic salad dressing
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until thickened, use on salads or as a marinade.
Balsamic reduction is great in salad dressing because it is naturally sweet so you don't need to add any sugar. But you can use any vinegar you like: golden balsamic, champagne, white wine, red wine, apple cider, rice.
Optional--If the vinaigrette is too sour for you try adding one tablespoon of maple syrup, Grade B, raw honey, or coconut or palm sugar. You can also use a few drops of 100% Stevia liquid.
