Banana Bread recipe from Minerva Hardiman - Darci's Nana (Maternal Grandmother)
Cream in electric mixer sugar & Crisco. Add eggs and beat well. Add bananas, sliced thin, and beat. Add a little mile and beat thoroughly. Add flour and baking power, vanilla and water with soda dissolved. Mix all well. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 2 loaves in small aluminum pans. Good to freeze.
