Mash banana
Whip cream and vanilla
Combine eggs and sugar and beat until thick and pale
Combine egg mixture and banana and fold in the whipped cream
Pour the mix into the tin and freeze for 3-4 hours or overnight
Take out 10-20 mins before serving
Drizzle with honey, sprinkle some granola and dust with cacao
