Mix graham cracker crumbs and 1 stick butter and place in 9x13" pan. Press firmly.
Add banana slices and slices of Neopolitin ice cream.
Sprinkle on nuts.
Make sauce of: chocolate chips, evaporated milk, butter and powdered sugar. Cook until thick and smooth. Cool. Put on top of ice cream. Freeze again.
Add one large container of Cool Whip, spread evenly and top with the reserved 1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs.
Keep frozen until ready to serve. It will keep in the freezer for up to one month.
