banas in a caramel rum sugar
put sugar and half the water in a pan over low heat to dissolve sugar
when syrup is clear, raise the heat and cook till caramel colour.
remove from heat +add lemon juice (may spit be careful)
add rest of water, rum, vanilla and spices.
pan fry bananas and leave in syrup to marinade
