Suggest a better descriptionIn a big bowl, mix the eggs, add the yogurt, then the natron, then 100 ml of the oil. Add some milk optionally, but not a lot. Add the cheeses to the mixture. Put oil in a baking dish and then start putting some oil and some of the mixture on each sheet of tbe phyllo dough. Roll the sheets and put them in the baking dish in a spiral. Leave some of the mixture to put in top of the banitsa before baking so that the sheets do not burn on top.
