Suggest a better description1. In a large mixing bowl add tomato paste
2. Slowly stir in water until sauce reaches desired consistency (I like thinner sauce so it will pour like traditional barbecue sauce)
3. Add all other ingredients and stir thoroughly
4. Taste and add additional spices to tweak according to your taste
5. Use immediately or place in a sealed container and refrigerate for later use (not too much later as it contains no preservatives like the store bought brands that last forever)
