Rub for whole chicken - or chicken pieces
Mix all ingredients. Store in an airtight container until needed. Coat chicken generously with rub and roast or grill.
Used a whole chicken cut in half, on the bbq for about 40 minutes. Was very tasty and did not require any additonal sauce.
