Suggest a better descriptionTake 6 ounces of Sriracha Sauce, 1 can of Roland Coconut Cream, 1 can of Coconut Milk and 6 ounces Roland Satay Peanut Sauce, Put in a blender or Food Processor and blend together, sauce should be a little thick.
Take 8 - 10 tuna steaks and marinate in sauce for 1 hour.
After marinating, place in 2 inch full pan and cover tightly until ready to cook.
Take marinade and put into pitcher.
When you prepare your tuna for serving, place over rice and heat about 2 ounces of the marinade and pour over tuna.
