Suggest a better descriptionTrim all fat from meat. Slice into 1/8 to 1/4 inch slices. Marinate 12- 24 hours. Dry in dehydrator at 160 for about 3 1/2 hours. Jerky is done when it cracks but doesn't break when you bend it.
